Chesapeake City Car Show

The Chesapeake City Car Show will be happening this Saturday, August 27th in Chesapeake City, Maryland, a quaint, picturesque waterfront town with local shops and restaurants. Hosted by the Chesapeake City Lions Club.

You'll see over 350 classic cars, street rods, woodies and trucks. These are the true classic cars with their own distinct body styles. Disc Jockey Terry will be providing the hits from the 50's and 60's at Pell Gargdens stage. There will also plenty to eat at the food court on 3rd Street.

Chesapeake City Bridge which is under going construction will only have one lane open. Spectator parking is available at the Jack Ritter Little League Ball Field with shuttle service from 9 AM to 4 PM. 

Awards and Prizes

There will be 40 Car Show awards presented to the top 40 cars at the Show, the Delaware Street Rod Car Club provides the judging team. Several prizes will be given out to participants of the car show.

Chesapeake City Car Show Cost

Spectators - There is no cost to attend for spectators although a $1.00 donation is suggested which benefits Generation Station, an after school program for "latch key" children whose parents both work full time. This provides an after school environment with supervision. Located at Rt213 South and Randalia Rd in Chesapeake City.
Exhibitors are required to pay a $20.00 registration fee. Proceeds benefit Lions Club charities.
